Thought Process:
Your eye should go directly to the amusement attraction. The shutter speed was set to be slower than the speed of the attraction to show the motion blur. The lights to the right and left of the attraction were included in hopes that it narrows down the composition to just the attraction and not the heads of each visitor you can see aligned at the bottom.
Personal Thoughts:
Personally, I wish I set the shutter speed to be slower, that way you see less of the people on the attraction and more motion. By setting the shutter speed to be slower, it would have made the whole picture a little bit brighter so the highlights of the visitors and surroundings would have popped a bit more. I think the tree at the top right is distracting but not much I can do with that
