Thought Process:
While painting it was interesting to realize colors that I tended to use. These usually being reds and blues. Turns out I don’t like to use green very much. For this portrait, I kept that in mind and tried to use green in different tints. Identifying that orange is a complimentary color to green, I threw it in as well. I like the portrait, but I don’t think I like the colors to be honest.
