Thought Process:
I wanted to draw portraits again but digitally. I also was looking to see how well I can draw these portraits with just vertical lines. So as you zoom in, you can see that this was drawn with overlapping vertical lines with different colors. The rest of the colors that look like painted brush strokes were added in order to suggest the person’s figure without actually drawing it. Additional marks were made on the face to depict contours or dimension.
